Deanna Green

Deanna has over 8 years of experience in the housing industry, complemented by 15 years in local government. During her tenure in the Building, Planning, and Zoning Departments, Deanna played a key role during the housing boom in the City of Midway, Florida. She has served on multiple boards, including but not limited to Planning and Zoning, Code Enforcement, Wetland Committees, and Energy Efficiency throughout her time in local government.

Deanna is also a Zillow Preferred Agent and is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, as well as both the Florida and National Board of Realtors. Furthermore, she brings over 10 years of experience as a Florida Notary, where she has conducted real estate closings, including purchases, refinances, and reverse mortgages, as a Certified Signing Agent.
