Inventory and contract activity on Harbour Island have picked up in the latest rolling three-month view. Active listings are up slightly year over year to 83, while new listings are nearly flat compared with a year ago. Pending sales, however, have surged more than 80 percent from last year, indicating stronger buyer engagement than the broader Tampa market, which has seen fewer active listings overall.
