Year over year, Evans County home values have climbed sharply, with the typical home value up nearly 30 percent while the state as a whole has seen prices edge slightly lower. At the same time, homes sold have dropped by almost half and active listings are down more than 20 percent from last year, showing fewer completed sales even as prices trend higher.
