South Old Irving Park had 16 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in July, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in August.
The median listing price for homes in South Old Irving Park fell 13.2% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $519,950. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.
