North Side’s rolling three-month snapshot through July 2026 shows some interesting short-term shifts, with median list prices dipping slightly even as closed sale prices edged higher. Homes sold rose modestly month over month, while new listings and pending sales both declined, suggesting demand is still strong but fewer sellers are coming to market.
