Year over year, Lake Camelot’s rolling three-month typical home value has slipped about 10 percent, even as prices remain well above 2023 levels. Median list price is also down slightly from a year ago, by around 4 percent, suggesting sellers are pricing with more caution. At the same time, inventory has risen nearly 46 percent compared with last year, giving buyers a bit more to choose from.
