Kathryn was awesome...It was our first home buying experience and Kathryn made it as good as it could be. She always made herself available to take us to look at houses in different neighborhoods as we narrowed them down, even at times when I felt bad because we were taking Kathryn all over the place, I never got the feeling that she felt that way. Kathryn Hoffman went out of her way to help us get the best price (what she had said it would sell for) by providing a decorator. We left the state prior to closing on the townhome. Kathryn spent extra time contacting maintenance workers, being there to let them inside, and keeping an eye on the house. She also saw where some mice had been there and cleaned up. She did this in addition to the other tasks. She gets 5 out of 5 stars.

We liked how she was able to send us homes to look at online to then choose to view in person. We started viewing houses mid-June, viewed about 10-12 in person over 2 different days, put an offer on one we really liked, and moved into our new house at the end of July. I knew we would enjoy working with her, but she really made the process easy, understandable, and stress free.... and we love our new house!
