Cheryl was so helpful and informative from the time we first spoke about selling my home to even after the sale. She explained everything I needed to do to sell my home and gave me advice on what I should finish before I listed. When I was ready to sell she came and took professional photos and got it listed within the same night! My home sold within 24 hours of listing and I couldn’t have done it without her. Through the selling progress Cheryl went through all the paperwork questions I had that came through and was quick with responding to my messages. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.
