“I had a fantastic experience working with Kim to sell my home. She was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and always kept in contact so I never felt out of the loop. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with every decision along the way. Her dedication and care made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend Kim to anyone looking to sell their home and would gladly work with her again.”
“We met Rebekah the realtor for the first time at an open house in the neighborhood, although we had met her previously as a neighbor in the same neighborhood. She did an excellent job for us in promoting and selling our home. Everyone who walked through the house said that the house showed exactly the same as the photos/ movies on-line which they thought was great. She was always available to answer questions and to provide advice as requested. We highly recommend using Rebekah to sell your home or to help you find the home of your dreams.”
“Dan is personal and willing to do little stuff which was appreciated.”
“Zack did a fantastic job guiding me through the process of finding my home. He was professional and avaliable at every turn, I felt like I was important and a priority. This whole process was quick and easy thanks to him, any information I needed, any showings I wanted, Zack already knew or set up right away. Recommended to me, I also recommend Zack Robbins.”
“Patty Miller was recommended to us by our lending company. We were extremely happy with her through the whole process. We couldn't have been more pleased with the level of professionalism and the personal touch she displayed throughout the whole process. We would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house.”
“Shelley and Jim Brinson are excellent realtors. They have assisted me with several transactions and I have always been very pleased.”
“Easy to approach for questions. Does her best to get questions answered. Does not rush the process. And above all else. Very friendly and has a great smile.”
“Barketa was simply outstanding! Very helpful, easy to reach and great with keeping our goal in mind. Very honest about all properties and willing to show us several houses. Whole team was great and super easy to work with. Would gladly pick her and the company in the future!”
“Jeff helped my wife and I find a lovely property that met as many of our criteria as possible given our budget”
“Scott did an excellent job of accessing our property as is. It had been a rental and had a rough couple of years. He was honest and accurate with his numbers. A pleasure to work with.”
“Michele made it happen ... the sale of our home despite the market currently being slow. There were three other homes for sale in our High Point Estates area during the time that our home was for sale. One of those other homes that had been on the market for over a year finally sold for a very low price. We are fortunate that our home is the only one of the three temaining to have sold so far. Michele was positive and encouraging to me and always kept me reassured and informed as to new happenings. She accepted my suggestions, and she was creative in suggesting new ideas that could encourage a sale. Michele made it all happen.”
“He answered everything I needed when I needed it very professional”
“We were first-time home buyers and new to the whole process. Brandi guided us through each step and answered every question we had. She negotiated a great deal for us and we recommend her wholeheartedly! Would definitely work with her again.”
“Kristen spent a lot of time driving to Anderson to show me houses and treated me as if the fact I wasn't buying a very expensive home didn't matter. She was responsive to all my needs and questions quickly. I would highly recommend Kristen to friends.”
“It was not the time economically to try to sell a lake house. Any potential buyers we did get were a lot of work to try to get to a contract. Dennis and Michelle worked hard for us to get through all of that. We are very happy to have sold the home and with all of their efforts and experience.”
“Amy Gordon's experience, attitude, and dedication went above and beyond what we expected to experience. She was very timely with communication and getting things done or keeping things moving regardless of where she was, even working into the later hours of the evening. She made sure we were aware of all potential positives and negatives and made the process feel seamless. We can't thank you enough for the amount of hardwork you put in to find us our first home.”
“Amy made the daunting task of preparing and listing my home for sale approachable. She equipped me with the appropriate knowledge and expectations to make the sale process as easy as possible. I will continue to recommend Amy to anyone in need of a realtor in Indianapolis.p1”
“I had an amazing experience working with Lisa! As a first-time homebuyer, I truly appreciated her knowledge, patience, and dedication throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and never rushed me, even after showing me so many homes. Her guidance and support made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for her help in finding the perfect home, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.”
“As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know what to expect. We loved our experience working with Jim!”
