Time on market has stretched, as the median home now takes 81 days to sell, up more than 24% from last month and over 26% from last year, and about 26% of listings have had a price drop. Even with these shifts, a 3.4 months’ supply and a seller’s market gauge of 22 indicate Morgan County still tilts toward sellers compared with the broader Indiana market, where typical values are near $262,000.
