Garden City’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 shows home values holding fairly steady, with the typical home value up just over 1% compared with a year ago, and the median list price nearly flat year over year. While prices are mostly stable, they remain lower than in Indianapolis overall, where the citywide median sale price is roughly higher and has risen a bit faster.
