Travel nurses, rented a furnished home from Angela. What we were told was a chic duplex turned out to be mold infested. She refuses to make it right and give us back our month worth of rent back though we had to vacate her rental property due to mold growing on the walls, vents, countertops. Angela did everything I asked of her. She put a sign in the yard and we got a full price offer within 48 hrs. our condo sold for more than any before. We had to jump through a couple of hoops for the buyer, and she even found the electrician to make minor repairs. I would definitely recomend and use her in the future.

It was an old house, our family home, one with many issues. Like all sellers, we wanted to get as much for the house as we could in as short a time as possible. Mother needed the funds as she moved into assisted living. I can't imagine any other real estate agent, and I've worked with many, even been one myself, who would have remained as positive and encouraging through the listing, subsequent price changes, repairs, showings, reshowinigs, negotiations with a very difficult buyer. It was a long, hot summer. But, Angela did it. She was always reachable, responsive, enthusiastic, persistent and incredibly professional through out the whole process. Whenever we hit a roadblock she had a suggestion. If she was doubtful at times, I certainly was, it never showed. We were all very pleased with the outcome, especially Mom for whom the buyer was a perfect match in her understanding and appreciation of the feelings Mom had as she sold her home and started a new phase of her life. Whether buying or selling no one could do any better than to have you as their agent.
