“Jeff helped us through the entire process and answered any questions we had. He also recommended a different lender and payment plan that would save us money and an opportunity to use our resources at a later date which is as very helpful. He very quickly knew what we were going for and when showing houses, was very honest about it seeming like it's going to be a good fit or not.”

Market gauge is calculated using active listings and pending sales from the most recently available reporting period (Jun 2026).
Noble County is seeing tight but active housing conditions to start the summer. Active listings have dipped slightly from last month and sit at 140, while new listings fell more sharply, signaling fewer fresh options coming to market. Even with that pullback, homes going under contract are brisk, with 58 pending sales and 61 closed sales, both up strongly from a year ago.
Pricing is responding to this solid demand and limited supply. The typical home value is up nearly 15 percent year over year, and the median list price has also climbed compared with last June, even though it edged down a bit from May. At the same time, the average sale-to-list ratio is just over 98 percent and about 16 percent of homes are selling above asking, suggesting sellers still hold much of the leverage even as bidding has cooled slightly.
Homes in Noble County are generally moving more quickly than statewide, with just 1.5 months of supply compared with about 2.6 months across Indiana. Median days on market is 21, and roughly half of homes go off the market within two weeks, so buyers need to be ready to act when the right property appears. Sellers, however, must price carefully as list prices and above-list sales have eased back from earlier in the year. Both buyers and sellers can benefit from Agent Pronto’s help connecting them with a local real estate agent who understands these shifting trends.

“None better!!! This was a long distance move so all transactions were between Patty and myself in Alaska. Without having to step foot in any of the properties, she helped my family members go through the homes under consideration and it was completly flawless on her part. Should I need another realtor she will be the one I trust and call. Thank you again Patty”
“I met Kim when I purchased a lake property 10 years ago. She is such a great Relator, I called on her to list my lake home when I sold it recently. Kim will work very, very diligently to make certain everything is in order for closing. I highly recommend Kimberly Miller.”
