“Lauren Espey was given the task of selling our rental property of 13 years. She was asked to treat the sale as if she were the owner, as we live in Australia, and could not assist physically. She project-managed all the access, cleanup, repairs, reports (pest and building inspection) and subsequent repairs from these reports, gave marketing estimates based on sales in the area, marketed the property expertly, advised us in regard to what costs we should expect to pay and what we could negotiate so both the buyer and seller were compensated fairly and really made the whole process seamless for us. Our main drama was the speed of the sale as most house sales in Australia take 60 to 90 days to close whereas from offer to close of escrow was only 30 days. She has been given two other properties to sell for us, basically at the same time, so is also managing these as well. We are extremely happy with her professionalism, knowledge of the city/area and her ability to achieve great results.”
