Homes in Eden Gardens have been changing hands more quickly in the latest rolling three-month period, with the median time to sell dropping to 18 days. That is a sharp improvement from both earlier this year and a year ago, signaling that well-priced properties are being claimed faster even as overall activity shifts. Nearly half of listings are going under contract within two weeks, underscoring that serious buyers are moving decisively when new homes appear.
