Baxter’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 shows home values considerably higher than a year ago. The typical home value is up more than 23 percent year over year, while the median list price has climbed nearly 37 percent. Compared with the broader Grand Rapids market, Baxter’s typical value slightly exceeds the citywide median sale price.
