Petersburg is currently tilted toward sellers, with the market gauge pointing to a seller’s market. Months of supply sit at 3.2, which is still relatively lean even after rising sharply over the past year. Buyers have a bit more breathing room than before, but inventory is not abundant.

Even with these shifts, only five homes sold and four went under contract in the latest period, so each new listing can still draw interest.
