Jeremy helped me through both a sell and buy sale that was extremely tough. I chose Jeremy because i was recommended to use him based on his success rate of handling not so perfect deals. When we came to him for help on the purchase of our next home we gave him nothing but unappealing tasks to get through and he made what felt like impossible happen.
