Jeremy helped me through both a sell and buy sale that was extremely tough. I chose Jeremy because i was recommended to use him based on his success rate of handling not so perfect deals. When we came to him for help on the purchase of our next home we gave him nothing but unappealing tasks to get through and he made what felt like impossible happen. He assured us it's not problem and he will help us get through this. Not to mention the endless texts and calls, always being available, and dealing with my impatient self. The real estate process is scary and an emotional roller coaster but Jeremy assured me the entire time that we will get the outcome we want even when it didn't seem possible. We got exactly that! Jeremy got us out of a home we were anxious to get out of. I'm really thankful for Jeremy's help and his patience of dealing with our emotions.
