At the same time, roughly 40% of homes are still selling above list price and the average sale-to-list ratio is holding around 100%, showing that well-priced homes continue to attract strong offers. Against the backdrop of New Jersey’s higher median sale price of about $558,000, Mercer County looks relatively more affordable while still active.
