“Dan Simms was exceptional throughout our home-buying journey. As first-time buyers preparing to welcome our first child, this was an incredibly important milestone for our family. Navigating a competitive market wasn’t easy, but Daniel’s knowledge, responsiveness, and steady guidance made the entire process feel manageable. He truly listened to what we wanted and helped us find a house that has become our home sweet home. We’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism and support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.”

“Brandy worked very hard to get my property sold. As well as communicating with me consistently throughout the process. And she negotiated hard to get the offer up as high as possible. I highly recommend Brandy Seltzer”
“It was a kind of long journey and Julia helped me a lot through it providing all the support and information I needed. The professionalism and the knowledgment of her work is the big asset of hers. I am very pleased with her work and care she gave me. It would be very hard to go through the whole process without her.”
“Working with Connie was a joy! She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made recommendations on how to present our house, which I believe greatly enhanced it attractiveness. She understood pricing in our area, and positioned our house for a reasonable sale. She also knew about local regulations (like the need for fire alarm inspection) and advised us to take care of them so the did not hold up closing. Finally she was readily available. If she could not answer our calls, she was very prompt in calling back, and she was always ready to listen to our questions. She made a very stressful time much more tolerable.”
“I bought my second house with Bryan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s incredibly trustworthy, timely, and has an excellent attention to detail. His deep local knowledge made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a dependable and professional realtor!”

“Martin's support and guidance made possible the sale of my property in very challenging circumstances. His professional demeanor was critical to land the closing.”
“Mrs. Beverley Gaudio was a very pleasant person with professionalism and ideas to work on the sale of my house. I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their property!”
“I highly recommend Sharif and Co. The whole team was professional and sold my home quickly and above asking price.”
“My agent was Lucy Phelan at Keller Williams, and I had a great experience working with both Lucy and her brother Richard. Both had provided me with their expert advice, they would take extra steps to educate you and walk you thru the home shopping process. They would work on my schedule, try their best to answer all my questions and would point me to the right direction when I was looking for the lender, inspector, lawyer, etc. As a home buyer in this "Bidding War" market, most of my offers were turned down; however, both Lucy and Rich have continuously provided me encouragement to keep trying and looking. I cannot remember how many houses we have looked together...and when I was not able to look at the houses in person, they would video call me to conduct a virtual home showing. In general, they are exceptionally good with people skill, nice/friendly people to talk with and they show care on other things then just home buying. I would like to work with them again in the future and would recommend them to any home buyer/seller.”
“Keith Bochner had the same vision as I did. He was there every step of the way and went far and above what was expected. Extremely knowledgeable in the field and guided me correctly all the way. Keith is a true professional. I highly recommend his services!”
“Maryanne Sawade was attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. I would not have contacted her if it wasn't for Agent Pronto.”
“John was excellent and made every effort to sell our property quickly without giving away the farm. His counsel was valuable, timely and on point. Fantastic experience.”
“Julia is simply excellent! She listened to my wish list and helped me find the perfect home! She was there every step of the way and very responsive to my questions and requests.. if you need a realtor, Julia is the one! Thank you!”
