October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $289,000—up 5.11% over the previous 12 months. San Juan County had 66 new listings and 59 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 167—down 6.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.

The median listing price for homes in San Juan County fell 1.11% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $317,450. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
