Black Rock currently leans toward sellers, but conditions are not as tight as in the past. Months of supply has climbed to about 10 and a half months in this rolling three-month period, far above Buffalo overall at 4.8 months. Homes are also taking much longer to sell, with the median days on market jumping to 84.
