West Buffalo’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows inventory expanding and buyer activity picking up. Active listings are up more than 30 percent year over year to 151, while new listings have also increased nearly 19 percent. Homes going under contract rose about 29 percent from a year ago, and closings are up around 21 percent, signaling stronger contract flow than last year.
