She went out of her way to make sure she knew what I wanted before we started searching. She called me right away after I clicked on a listing, and was super helpful about narrowing down. The best thing about Deb is she is not pushy at all. She genuinely wants her client to feel comfortable in their home as well as with the cost. She is transparent about the issues with the home, her opinion, what’s worth it, and not worth it. Her bedside manner was calm and very professional. After months of searching , I just purchased a home in my dream neighborhood! I can’t believe it, and best part, she was super strategic with price! It’s my first home purchase and , although she is not my first realtor, she was the best !
