Inventory in Kingston has expanded in the latest rolling three-month view, with about 120 active listings and 4.2 months of supply. New listings are up more than 10% from a year ago, while homes sold have declined compared with the same period last year. Pending sales, however, have risen more than 20% year over year, signaling that more contracts are being signed even as closings lag.
