Rifton’s rolling three-month snapshot shows more homes coming on the market and more deals in motion. Active listings have more than doubled compared with a year ago, and new listings are up even more sharply over the same period. Pricing is responding in a mixed way to this renewed activity. Homes are taking longer to sell than they did a year ago, with median days on market up about 45%, while months of supply has edged higher to just over four months, still consistent with Rifton’s seller’s market designation. At the same time, the average sale-to-list ratio is near 105%, so many successful sellers are still achieving prices above their asking figures.
