Sand Lake’s rolling three-month snapshot through August 2026 shows more homes available and brisk movement into contract. Active listings are up sharply from a year ago, rising more than 40 percent, while new listings have climbed by about a third. Even with this added inventory, homes spend a median of just 9 days on the market, only slightly slower than last year.
