“My realtor was amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated. Highly recommend!”
“Working with the Sold By Starkey team was an incredible experience! They worked tirelessly from the moment we began our search to the day we closed on our new home. Kevin truly understood what we were looking for and consistently guided us in that direction until the Sold By Starkey team found the perfect fit for us. Their deep passion for what they do and the clients they serve is evident in every interaction. I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with such a trustworthy, patient, and compassionate team, and I would recommend them to any friend or family member looking to make a move!”
“Pamela began working with us and within 48 hrs we were under contract! She immediately translated our needs/requests into the ideal home and closed the deal promptly. Her communication, professionalism and ability to quickly understand what we were looking for were top notch. We relocated from NJ to NC and had very limited time to look at homes. Pamela narrowed out scope and effort and made the process simple for us. I Would recommend Pamela to anybody looking in the area and would use her again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Pamela! We are grateful!”
“We really enjoyed working with Sue. She listened to what we were looking for and was quick to respond to meet us wheb needed.”
“Matt Hyduchak was exactly the agent for us. He listed our home for sale and I brought him on for the buying process of our new construction home. I like to be involved in the real estate process and Matt allowed me to do so with all the communication I needed. I had many suggestions and requests throughout the listing period and Matt took everything into consideration with professional expertise, knowledge and kindness. Selling houses during this time was difficult for everyone, so Matt went the extra mile to increase our showings and presence, all while encouraging our confidence in selling our home. Though we believe our new home is forever, we would definitely ask Matt to represent us again if we choose to sell.”
“Rebecca was available and patient in answering all our questions and walking us through the homebuying process, from beginning to end. Her knowledge and experience were the keys to our success.”

She was very professional, informative, and very involved from day one. She was very passionate about her work. She was accessible at any time of day for any questions or concerns I may have had. She is that Deal. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the business of Buying, Building, or Selling. She is the Bomb.com! Y'all go check out my Girl you won't be disappointed. Attention to detail was an understatement for her , she's sharp as a tack lol, nothing gets past her. Thank you Leslie Smolkowicz, there aren't enough words to express my gratitude. You are the prime example of the phrase of having a "passion for what you do, and you will excel" it certainly shows . God Bless”

“We absolutely loved working with Valerie Maat! She is the most knowledgeable, patient woman I have ever met. Old people purchasing from out of state, we had at least a million questions. We will recommend her to anyone looking for a home!”
