We live out of town and were preparing a relative's house in Raleigh to be sold. We came across an advertisement from Matthew that we had received in the mail about a year prior to this. We didn't know any realtors in Raleigh, but it was just something that kept telling us to contact him! So we did!
Best decision ever! Matthew was very knowledgeable about the area and was very thorough in his evaluation. He made recommendations for repairs, cleaning etc., to make prior to putting the house on the market.
We followed his recommendation s and we had offers on the table immediately after listing the house! We were shocked at how quickly the house sold. Matthew was great! He is very professional and has a great personality. He was with us through this entire experience and we would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Matthew was wonderful to work with, and obviously takes his profession seriously and wants to work toward a great outcome. He provided more service than expected, especially when it came to thoroughly looking at all parts of the properties, negotiating the contract, and getting inpesctions done. No concern or question of mine was ignored, and he always asked if I was ok with how things were progressing. I was well taken care of in a process that has the potential for many stressful occurrences.
