Matthew was wonderful to work with, and obviously takes his profession seriously and wants to work toward a great outcome. He provided more service than expected, especially when it came to thoroughly looking at all parts of the properties, negotiating the contract, and getting inpesctions done. No concern or question of mine was ignored, and he always asked if I was ok with how things were progressing. I was well taken care of in a process that has the potential for many stressful occurrences.

Matt is truly an exemplary agent and person. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Matt is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including local knowledge, builder knowledge, financing, market trends and negotiation. He has a keen ability to know when to add his input and opinion. The advice he gave us was invaluable. Matt made us feel completely safe and confident in the property we decided to purchase. He was heavily engaged during every step of the construction and closing process, often stepping in on our behalf while we were out of state tending to a personal medical emergency. We could not have closed the transaction without him. It is very comforting to know that we will not need to search for a real estate agent for any future needs. Matt Hyduchak did an excellent job supporting a good friend and her family in their recent purchase of a home in NC. When I decided to move to NC, they suggested I contact Matt for help. From the beginning Matt quickly understood my needs and helped me through the process of finding a home and understanding what the Raleigh area could offer. When I chose the Wake Forest home, he helped me navigate the process from a distance because I currently live in Puerto Rico. It was reassuring having Matt in NC watching over progress during construction, facilitating the inspections, and making sure all documents for closing were correct and complete.
