Ashtabula saw 46 homes on the market in February 2026, with 12 new listings coming on. Buyers put 17 homes under contract, so inventory is getting used but not rushing off the market. Homes spent a typical 50 days on the market, down from recent months and last year, showing a bit more urgency from buyers.
Sellers still have a slight edge, with months of supply at 3.8 and the area rated a 27 on the market gauge for a seller’s market.
