Inventory in Linnton has expanded noticeably in this rolling three-month view, with active listings more than doubling year over year and reaching 23 homes. New listings are also up sharply compared with a year ago, signaling that many more owners are bringing properties to market. Even with this influx, only 5 homes sold and 6 went under contract, leaving buyers with a wider set of choices than they had last year.
