Homes in North Portland are taking a bit longer to sell in this rolling three-month view, with the median time on market at 27 days, up slightly from 26 days a year ago and more than double the pace seen this past June. Even with that slower tempo, about 39 percent of listings still go off the market within two weeks, showing that well-priced homes can move quickly.
