Running Y Ranch has seen notable month-over-month shifts in this rolling three-month view, with the typical home value jumping nearly 30 percent while the median list price moved down about 19 percent. At the same time, homes are moving more quickly, as median days on market dropped by almost half compared with the prior three-month period, now around four months.
