Beaver County had 105 new listings and 117 listings that went under contract in January, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 445—down 7.1% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in February.
Of those 445 active listings, 20.22% reduced their price in the month of January. The median listing price for homes in Beaver County grew 10.08% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $202,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
