Stacey did a great job. Always in close communications. Purchased home site unseen from Florida through a Video tour. Very honest and upfront with everything. She also went above her duties by meeting with inspections, services and contractors before we arrived. Great person.

Stacey was ALWAYS available by phone, text or email almost 24/7. Always returned our calls, texts, emails and talked me "off the ledge" numerous times with problems with the sale of my home. She knew exactly what we were looking for, in area,style and price. And since we lived in Delaware and couldn't always come to PA fir every home we were interested in, she went to the listing, looked and face timed us so we could see the property. She always gave us suggestions and honest feedback and homes we thought we might like. Moving day, she was there to meet our movers, since we were at settlement in DE, when movers arrived in PA. She knew where we wanted major pieces to go in the new home and it was already for us that afternoon. She always went above and beyond in her help to us. I'm positive this is her work ethic and not just because she is family. Love her!!!.

My wife and I found Stacey very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Her expertise and care as our agent made the process of purchasing our new home smooth from the initial showing straight through to closing.

Stacey was wonderful! It was a couple year search for a home with us as we were pretty particular and she helped us every step of the way, accessible for questions all the time. Would recommend her to anyone!

This was a difficult transaction from the selling side. Stacey was prepared to handle it and was patient and kind throughout the entire process. She kept me motivated and provided the reminders that I needed to get tasks competed without being pushy. With the market how it is, you have to give best and final, there really wasn't any negotiating to be done. We waived inspections and due to covid there really weren't open houses. Any house I wanted to see though, she was on it getting appts scheduled.

Stacey is as good as they come. Easy going, no pressure, and sharp as a tack. I asked a million questions and she never hesitated to answer every single one of them. She’s patient, personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Everytime we saw stacey for a showing, it was like hanging out with a good friend. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Stacey took 3 years to help us find our farm. She is AMAZING to work with. If we ever have to buy anything again in the entire state of Pennsylvania she is who we will work with.
