August’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $110,760—down 46.23% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $325,000 in Pennsylvania for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $324,600 in September.
Sullivan County had 11 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in August, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 31—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in September.
