Communication is important in any business transaction and the Patterson team is the best in the business from start to finish. Our deal had a few curveballs, but I was always informed right away on what was happening and any/all potential delays as well as what the team was doing to remedy the problem. Again, if you are considering selling or buying a property do not hesitate to give the Patterson team a chance to earn your business. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion, 10/10 for me.
