I can't say enough about the great work Michelle and her team do, if you are looking to sell or buy a home make sure you at least have a conversation with them before choosing your agent. Communication is important in any business transaction and the Patterson team is the best in the business from start to finish. Our deal had a few curveballs, but I was always informed right away on what was happening and any/all potential delays as well as what the team was doing to remedy the problem. Again, if you are considering selling or buying a property do not hesitate to give the Patterson team a chance to earn your business. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion, 10/10 for me.

This was the second transaction Michelle and her team have handled for my husband and I. Both were seamless and stress free.
