South Jackson’s rolling three-month numbers show big shifts from a year ago. Typical home values are up sharply, with the median sale price rising more than 80 percent year over year to about $307,000. At the same time, inventory has expanded and months of supply has increased dramatically, signaling a looser market than last year.
