“Chena Morris is an excellent realtor. But if you've read the other reviews, you already know that. So rather than repeat what everyone else has said, I'll share a little about my experience. First, I should probably mention that I'm a Type A personality. I know what I want, I ask a lot of questions, I like things done efficiently, and I fully recognize that I'm not always the easiest person to deal with. Chena handled me wonderfully! She quickly figured out how I operate and seemed to know when to lead, when to listen, when to offer her opinion, and when to just let me do my thing. I really appreciated that. One of my favorite moments happened while planning a day of house hunting. I was only in town for a limited time and had quite a few houses I wanted to see. Chena mentioned that we'd need to move fast to fit them all in. I confidently replied, "No problem!" To which she responded, "What's YOUR version of fast?" I had to laugh. That one question told me she was listening, was up for the challenge, but also wanted to make sure we were on the same page about what we were getting ourselves into. Fair enough! And off we went. We saw A LOT of houses, and not once did she make me feel like I was asking too much. She listened to my thoughts, shared her own, and never tried to push me toward something that wasn't right for me. We worked really well together, and ultimately, I found a home I absolutely love. I also have to mention her team. Desire was fantastic and didn't miss a beat while Chena was on vacation. Although, I'm not entirely convinced Chena knows how to take a vacation because she didn't miss a beat either! But where Chena really shines is getting things done. I flew into town for the final walkthrough and signing, only to arrive at the house and discover the sellers were still moving out. Not exactly what I had envisioned for closing day! While I was standing there wondering what this meant and what we were supposed to do next, Chena was already on the phone with the seller's realtor making sure I would be protected since the signing was going to take place before the sellers had completely moved out. And when the delayed moveout meant the house needed cleaning, Chena had a cleaning crew there within hours. She doesn't mess around! I think that's what impressed me most about Chena. Showing houses is one thing, but knowing how to handle the unexpected and actually getting things done is another. I never felt like I had to chase her down or wonder if something was being taken care of. She was usually already on it before I even thought to ask. I could end this by saying I highly recommend Chena, but that just doesn't seem like enough. So, since I'm a pretty straight to the point kind of person, here's my advice: Quit reading all the reviews and call her. Ask your questions, have your conversation, and then hire her. No need to interview anyone else. She's the ONE! And trust me, coming from someone who likes to explore every possible option before making a decision, that's saying something!”
“Working with Dalton was a wonderful experience. He is a friend and sometimes it can feel more stressful to do business with a friend, but in our case he exceeded our already high expectations! He is a local and has a really important knowledge base of Nashville and the surrounding suburbs. He and his colleagues were very clear and communicative throughout the home selling process. We were not living in our home but we have very difficult work schedules and Dalton made sure we were never inconvenienced. We were under contract in 3 days and closed with no delays or hiccups.
