July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $359,000—down 29.61% over the previous 12 months. Sleepy Hollow had 36 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 24—down 7.69% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
