We had a very positive experience with this realtor when purchasing our home, which is why we chose to work with her again to sell it. Unfortunately, our experience on the selling side was disappointing.

Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and we often had to reach out for updates rather than receiving them proactively. There were also several items that were discussed but not followed through on, which added unnecessary stress during an already busy time. In fact, we felt it was necessary to have a conversation during the sale about the lack of communication in hopes that things would improve.

While the home ultimately sold, we expected a higher level of responsiveness, follow-through, and client service based on our previous experience. We appreciate the successful sale, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.
