Lake Highlands currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market. Months of supply has climbed to 5.8 in this rolling three-month period, slightly above the wider Dallas figure of 5.6 months. Homes are taking longer to sell, with a median of 50 days on market.
Over the past year, typical home values have risen about 5 percent in Lake Highlands, outpacing the broader Dallas median sale price growth of roughly 3 percent. At the same time, inventory has thinned, with active listings down more than 12 percent year over year, and homes sold dropping nearly 23 percent.
