We moved from Massachusetts, and had to rely on Alan's knowledge of the area immensely. It was a quick move for us, as my employer had me start work immediately. We spoke with him a number of times before we planned a weekend to view houses. He lined up several places for us to view. We ended up buying the very first house he showed us, as it checked off every item on our wish list. He clearly listened to our needs. He answered all our questions as we drove from house to house. He made a very stressful situation, manageable. I would absolutely work with Alan again.
