Hulen’s rolling three-month data through August 2026 points to a market that has heated up compared with a year ago. Typical home values are up sharply year over year, rising about 19 percent, while the wider Fort Worth area has seen a slight dip in prices. Homes in Hulen also tend to sell for more than in Fort Worth overall, with a higher median sale price and a tighter supply.
