Candace was extremely easy AND REAL to work with. We had a few issues with the builder and I was thoroughly impressed at how Candace handled them and herself. Candace was also able to push up my closing two weeks ahead of schedule when she was told that it was impossible. Candace's professionalism and extreme helpful personality didn't stop after closing, she is still taking it upon herself to check in with the builder to make sure any and all of my issues are getting resolved. Candace was always available, very attentive, and extremely easy to work with, I would highly recommend Candace Mozingo.

Candice was always available and helpful with anything we needed. She promptly got back to us with anything we needed from the sellers agent. I can’t say enough about Candace. She earned my business because my selling realtor wasn't attentive. She always responds, answers the tough questions, gives great recommendations, great personality.
