“Cynthia is an incredible and professional realtor with immense knowledge. I had never sold a home before, and the entire process was daunting for me. Upon first meeting, she created a sincere and understanding environment. Cynthia helped me throughout the entire process of selling my home, giving insights and the best strategy to move through the process in an organized and thoughtful way. Her presentation, staging, attention to detail, and efficiency were so important to me in making the best decisions at each stage of selling my home. Cynthia was not only attentive but took the time to listen to my thoughts. I'm thankful that I found Cynthia Del Rio; the home has sold, and I couldn't have done it without her dedication and professionalism.”

“Tyon is an outstanding realtor and grateful and thankful that we got to work with him. I've been trying to sell my home for almost 2 years before working with him and out of the realtors that I've had, he did the most for us. He is all about his clients and makes sure to have their best interests at heart. He helped us with any repairs that could be done at the house so there wasn't any extra expense on our end, plus he ripped out the carpet for us so we could get it replaced. For things he couldn't do himself, we was always trying to find the least expensive solution for it. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us get our house sold!”

“My situation was unique, I was in the process of moving to another country. I needed just the right agent to understand my financial needs and patience to help me work on getting a not so up-to-date house ready for sale. Daniel came to my rescue, literally! Daniel Brenner is the consumate professional. I can't reiterate that enough. Daniel is knowledgeable about real estate. I was impressed with his skills in the areas of marketing, loans, construction and decorating. Daniel left no stone unturned and he listens which is very important when I had to make clear decisions. The one thing that I truly appreciated about Daniel Brenner was his honesty and his willingness to help me find answers to any questions I had. If he didn't know, he would find the answer or referral. I would be happy to recommend Daniel Brenner, real estate agent in a heartbeat!”
