“Sarah listened to what we were looking for with all the requirements in purchasing the perfect piece of property for our family. She hung with us through offers that weren't accepted and lots of inquiries about different properties. Through it all Sarah was positive and encouraging. She held our hands through the whole buying and closing process. She's the absolute best at what she does and we're very blessed to have her in our corner when buying and selling our properties.”

“Buying a home is one of the biggest and most emotional moments in life, and we truly could not have done it without Jaime and Tiya. From the very beginning, they made us feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for, not just as clients, but as people. There were moments of stress, uncertainty, excitement, and overwhelm throughout this process, and they walked us through every single step with patience, honesty, professionalism, and heart. They answered every question, fought for us when needed, celebrated every win with us, and never made us feel like “just another transaction.” What stood out most was how much they truly cared about finding us the RIGHT home, not just any home. Their dedication, communication, and knowledge made the entire experience feel so much less intimidating. They went above and beyond more times than we can count. Because of Jaime and Tiya, we are starting this new chapter in a home we absolutely love, and we will forever be grateful for the role they played!”
“We were first time home buyers in a not so forgiving market. Matt took the time to educate us on properties, markets, value of houses, what our best move was/is and why. Most importantly he did it with a smile and ALWAYS communicated - good or bad. Matt was attentive to not only our needs but our pace. If anyone is looking for a combination of service, education and structure with a commitment to excellence; Matt Dees is the way to go. We put our trust in him and it was the best decision we made throughout the process.”
“Carl is highly professional, exceptionally knowledgeable in his field, and demonstrates excellent communication skills to negotiate the best possible deals in my homebuying process. I highly recommend Carl.”
“Brandon listened to the needs and the likes for our desired family home and executed! He communicated consistently and was available when questions and issues developed. My family and I are very pleased! Reach out today for your tailor made experience!”
“Shellin was amazing and we highly recommend! She had expert advice to give and her extensive knowledge led us to sell our previous home for an amazing price, buy our current home for a fantastic deal with multiple benefits, and even leave closing with money in our pocket. Shellin was fun to work with, attentive, extremely responsive (for the many questions we had throughout the process), and truly advocated for us and our wants/needs out of a home! The Miller Family highly recommends using Shellin Duke for your realty needs!”
“Everything was handled very professionally and in a timely fashion. Thanks for all the help”
“Mrs. Jones did an Extraordinary Awesome job. To be honest we were not in town and we did everything over the phone and online. We only came down to Arlington TX, once everything was ready for closing. She did her research and found our 2nd home by what we described how we wanted our home and budget. Highly recommend Mrs. Jones for your home shopping and purchase. She was our Advocate through our whole process, as previously mentioned we are from out of town. Thank you very much Mrs. Jones”
“Ann was great at working to get us the best price possible for our home. She was very communicative and was clearly going into the experience with a game plan and an appropriate strategy to confront the challenges we faced with our home. Our situation was very tricky and unusual, but she assured me that with her help the process would be smooth and painless. She was true to her word and made sure that I was informed and updated on every part of the process which relieved a lot of my stress with the situation. I strongly recommend Ann Weaver, as she will accomodate even very unusual situations that pose a lot of stress and make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.”
“Laura-Marie was amazing and on it at every end, I recommend her to anyone! Professional, smart, knows the job, making it seem easy and a straight shooter with you! Also understanding of your needs and listening to what you actually want”
“I have worked with Leslie Crittenden as both a buyer and a seller. Her attention to detail and timeliness are superb. Highly recommended.”
“I’ve sold a few houses along the way but this sale had new complications. It was out of state and had belonged to my Aunt who passed away last summer. Every part of this deal had to be handled over the phone, text or email. Meredith Ruiz was a true professional. She was punctual and knowledgeable along every step of the process. She also was a pleasure to speak with. She almost always answered the phone and was accessible at all times. Her attitude and great communication were exactly what I needed to get the house sold. I would recommend her to anyone and if I am ever in Texas again I would bring her more business. Thanks Meredith.”
“Sandi was always professional, easy to talk to and always accessible. She made the whole process easy and she kept me informed of what was going on. I would recommend her to someone looking for a realtor.”

“We had a plan to slow down and move to a smaller town. Greg and Lynanna Messer took charge and made everything smooth for us being that we were doing everything remote. From suggesting things to fix before the inspector got there, to adding accents in the house to make it home and cozy for the showing. We put the home on the market Monday morning and by 1:00 we had an offer. We could not have been more impressed with they way this sale of our home had gone so quickly.”
“Working with Veronica Warwick was a great experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she made sure I understood every step of the process while keeping everything moving forward smoothly. She was especially strong during negotiations and helped secure a great deal, including favorable terms and concessions. She also stayed on top of inspections, repairs, and closing details, which made the entire process feel organized and stress-free. I’d absolutely work with Veronica again and highly recommend her to anyone serious about buying or investing in real estate.”
