Medina County home values in May 2026 were up compared to a year earlier, with the typical sale price rising about 7 percent. Listing prices moved the other way over the past year, dropping nearly 9 percent, giving buyers more room to negotiate. Active listings also declined roughly 9 percent year over year, trimming overall inventory.
