Castroville had 7 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 60—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 60 active listings, 46.67% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Castroville grew 5.73% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $554,990. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
