October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $120,000—down 70.23% over the previous 12 months. Midland County had 282 new listings and 211 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 781—up 2.76% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.

The median listing price for homes in Midland County fell 0.66% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $382,450. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
