“Sold my own house and lived to tell the tale. Argued with myself, stressed myself out, still crushed it. Marketing on point, negotiations spicy, outcome solid. Bonus points to Michael Padgett for emotional support, lifting heavy things, and talking me off multiple ledges. Would hire me again. Would also complain again. Zero regrets.”
